Reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date: 50% of full booking fee forfeited.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date: 100% of full booking fee forfeited.
A 20% admin fee will be charged on refundable cancellations.
Refunds will not be paid to anyone deciding to leave before due date.
